We need this right now! Integrate the mind and body, care for the self, bring your body along while deepening the commitments, large and small, to make the world a better place.
A reading and short meditation build into a gently enlivening yoga-based class inspired by a variety of somatic perspectives. Designed to connect individual spiritual practices to movement images, structured as a yoga class. Held at he Denton Unitarian Universalist Fellowship.
Suggested donation to benefit DUUF: $10
Bring a yoga mat, we will work a bit on the floor. All are encouraged to adapt your participation to correspond to your needs.
