New Dharma Series starting Sunday, April 23rd at 6pm

On Sunday, April 23, our Meditation and Dharma Study Group will begin a new series, “The Thirty-seven Practices of the Bodhisattva”. This is a foundational text of Mahayana Buddhism, but an extremely practical one aimed at applying the practices to our daily life. If you haven’t been attending Meditation and Dharma Study, this is a great place to jump in. The group meets every Sunday evening from 6:00 to 8:00, led by Palden Lhamo, an ordained teacher in the Jonang lineage of Tibetan Buddhism. There is no charge for the teachings. The group meets in the sanctuary at Denton Unitarian Universalist Fellowship, 1111 Cordell Street, Denton, Texas. The event is open to the public. All are welcome.
